Wednesday Wishlist: Winter Basics

Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is having a great week! These are some things I'm currently crushing on for Wishlist Wednesday... This leopard beanie sold out pretty fast last year so I'm excited it's back in stock.

So ladies, for on trend winter basics you need the following 8 items: 
1) a cute beanie - especially pom beanies!
2) Mittens
3) Cozy scarf that you'll wear everyday and goes with everything (the one I linked is $25 btw)
4) Uggs, Sorels or Bean Boots to keep your feet warm and dry in rain or snow
5) Running shoes for errands and your new year's resolutions ;)
6) Moto jacket - real suede or leather is best, but if those are too pricy there are some pretty good cheaper dupes out there
7) Off the shoulder sweater 
8) Bell Sleeve top!

I can't get enough of blush colors this spring!! It's been summery weather here in LA making it SO hard to stay cooped up in an office all day! All I want to do is go outside and lay by a pool! Hope you are all having a great week so far xx

Wednesday Wishlist: Valentine's Day

Happy Wednesday!! Significant other or not, Valentine's Day is the perfect time of year to treat yo'self! I bought the pink lace dress pictured above for SH's work party this weekend, and I hope it will double as wedding wear come April and June when we go to friends' weddings!! Stay tuned because it should be making an appearance on the blog soon... :) Anyway I hope you all have a fantastic rest of your week, and cheers to being one day closer to the weekend!

Happy Wednesday! I had Monday off so this week is flying by and has been so so busy! I'm still trying to get back into my regular blogging routine. The holidays and new year totally threw me off! Anyone else still feel like they are playing catch up?? Anyway I'm super excited because Valentine's Day is coming up!! I will be spending it with friends at the Bachelorette Party of one of my oldest and dearest friends!! So I can't wait! Is it just me or are you guys craving warm, sunny beaches and a tropical breeze, too? A pina colada in each hand wouldn't hurt either?! I'm back at work this week and it is just such a struggle getting back into the swing of things! Here is some island inspiration for you... Espadrilles of course are a must-have for spring and goodness knows I love a good palm leaf print! How cute is that little clutch though, seriously?! It would be great to throw in your beach bag for beach day essentials like phone and chapstick, or as a fun and springy makeup bag. Pom poms are also a big hit in the spring and summer months, so start browsing pom stuff now and get your fix :) PS If those booties were in my size I would totally get them, but *tear* they aren't so someone else please enjoy them for me!

Happy hump day everybody!! I hope you're all having a great week so far. I've been watching a ton of Christmas movies and spending time with friends and family which makes me so incredible happy :)

Hello and happy hump day! Are you constantly impressed with the insane handbag collections that huge name bloggers have?! I know I am. I'm swooning with bag envy (in a good way) over every other Instagram photo. The leather, the shapes, the colors, the functionality, the style, oh it all makes me swoon! I love handbags so much! My "splurge" picks are the ones I would LOVE to have in my closet if I had, you know, $2500 to spend on EACH handbag...  see the "save" picks for some cheaper versions of those styles! What do you think of my picks? (Just a side note- The Kate Spade bag under "splurge" is almost $300 and the Michael Kors bag under "save" is also $300. This is the same amount of money. It's all about how you spend it! I consider a $300 prada-look alike a "save" and a $300 red Kate Spade satchel a splurge. It's all about how you look at something and choose to spend your money!)

Hey all. Valentine's day isn't really a gift giving holiday the way that Christmas is, but while we're on the subject... How pretty are the new Pink Peonies Collection tassel earrings and that Paloma Picasso Olive Leaf Vine Bracelet? *Swoon* (Pink Peonies is one of my favorite bloggers so I'm super excited about her new line.) Items 3 and 4 are for my future dirt bike... Item 2 is Emily's book which is on pre-order since it doesn't come out until May. Any way those are my picks. Have a great day!

Wednesday Wishlist: Warmer Days

It's been kind of icky weather here in LA the past couple of days. (And by icky I am totally spoiled and I mean not 70 degrees and balmy.) Summer is my favorite time of year so I'm dreaming of warmer days with longer hours of sunshine, evening concerts on the beach, short shorts, straw hats, pina coladas and laying out. Here are some things I'm thinking about in anticipation of sunnier days :)

 

Oh, and the midi rings stacking set is only $32 (and the feather ring is $30.) Juuust saying. Because how super cute are they? I'm going to be keeping an eye out for a cheaper version of the Sigerson Morrison sandals below. Also, the red wedges are on sale at Kohls and the green crossbody comes in a million colors and is unbelievably affordable for how expensive it looks :) What items can you not wait to wear this spring or summer?
