It's the most wonderful time of the year! I know what you might be thinking... But it's not even Thanksgiving yet! Holiday shopping is starting earlier and earlier every year, sometimes even before Halloween! I support early shopping, because I think it encourages people to create monthly holiday shopping budgets and stick to them. Holiday shopping can get expensive, but it doesn't have to be! Maple and Mint Quick Tip: Space out your gift buying so you don't break the bank, and stick to a strict holiday shopping budget. Don't let yourself overspend (as hard as that might be.) It's just not worth it! To make things less awkward during gift exchanges between friends or coworkers, set a spending limit, so one person doesn't give an extravagant gift that's not matched by the other.
