Hey beauties! I hope everyone is having a great start to the week! I am SO happy that fall weather has finally arrived in LA!! I hope it's here to stay :) I am basically living in these jeans on the weekend and I can't get enough of this blanket sweater... I have a feeling I'll be wearing it a lot this fall season! If there's one item you totally need for this fall / winter, it's a blanket scarf! It's the perfect cozy/cute fall accessory. I loved bundling up in this one in Chicago last weekend. The colors are so vibrant and it's super soft!

October Bucket List

I am just so excited to wish everyone a happy fall and happy October because this weekend SH and I are headed to Illinois to visit his family! Last year we had the best time visiting an apple orchard, playing in corn fields and hanging out in Chicago. Check out last year's posts about the visit here and here. Well it's been October for a full week folks, so here's my October bucket list! I've already baked pumpkin bread (the Trader Joe's brand is my fave) and I hope to have some apple cider and visit an apple orchard this weekend. What's on your fall bucket list?

Wednesday Wishlist: Black and Gold

Here are some gorgeous items for fall that I'm currently wishing for. I always love the sleek combination of gold and black- effortless, cool and put together. The jeweled shirt is a nice reminder that pastels are not only to be worn in spring and summer, but can be nice transitional pieces when paired with the right items.

Nautical Navy & Animal Print

It's 75 degrees here and all I want to do is wear jeans, boots and scarves for fall. I put on my new J. Crew shirt in my room since I would get crazy looks if I wore this outside in the heat. One of the things I love most about fall is cozy layering, long sleeves and scarves. I have mostly been living in dresses and shorts as we finish out summer here in LA, but I wanted to share a new shirt I just bought at J. Crew and my favorite scarf, paired with easy black ballet flats. I love mixing prints, and stripes and leopard is a favorite combination of mine.
