Birthday Trip

It was a special someone's birthday this past weekend so we took a trip to Santa Barbara to escape the LA smog and traffic. (And take a break from electronics, since there was no service!) I hope you all had a restful weekend.

Home Inspo Board

Sometimes a little intentional chaos is beautiful. All of these things immediately caught my eye as I was browsing the web. I love the combination of white and gold - it has such a clean, effortlessly elegant, comfortable feeling to it. As I talked about in my post yesterday I love candles, and the Eclectic by Tom Dixon was too beautiful to pass up. I also love the striped looks in the zebra print and fashion illustration. Monday Muse

Today while I was grocery shopping at Ralph's I spotted this awesome candle and candle snuffer. The candle actually crackles while it burns, so it creates this really soothing, campfire-like sound. I love it. I hope you all had a great Monday!
